Organizational Leadership
I have been part of leading a number of arts organizations through periods of change and growth.
I have supported a 40 year old non-profit in updating their technological and busines infrastructures. I helped build a brand new experiential production company into an industry leader. I reimaged the vision and mission of a 20 year old artist incubator as its founder stepped down.
Through all of these experiences, one tactic has been constant for me: building consensus among all the brilliant staff of artists, technicians and administrators involved to identify a unified vision of what the organization can become.
